Mammals? Captivity? I will be giving you three main reasons why mammals should not be kept in captivity. For one I think they are mistreated. I feel they should have the freedom to live in their real habitats. If they dont then later then put them in back, and die, because they no longer know how to live in the surreal life.My other reason why mammals should not be kept in captivity is because when they have babies at Sea World or other captivities they end up dying because they aren't able to suvive.Mammals should be let free in the wild, that way maybe we can visit them at the wild were we can really see their natural habitats.I dont think that mammals should be kept in cages for the rest of their lives. The only way I think mammals should be kept in captivity is only if they are endangered,or hurt.I think humans and mammals should have a equal balance of freedom!

Rihanna Speaks Out.
What I thought about what happened to Rihanna was she had a lot of shame, she was unsecure, and I thought it was really dumb how Chris Brown still wants to sit on national tv and say he wants to be with her and loves her, he has no shame.I'am really pissed off at this situation, I have nothing else to say.She desrves the best and she knows it.

3 Tbsp butter, melted
4 Tbsp bottled hot pepper sauce (like Crystal or Frank's Original)
1 Tbsp paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
DoubleWings
4lbs wings (about 24 wings)
6 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsppaprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Half Of Original
1 lbs wings ( about 6 wings)
1.5 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 Tbsp bottled hot pepper sauce
1/2 Tbsp paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1.Cut off wing tips (discard or reserve for other use such as making stock). Cut wings at the joint. Put chicken wing pieces in a plastic bag. Set aside. Food safety note: when cutting raw chicken it is best to use a cutting board reserved just for cutting raw chicken. Wash thoroughly when finished. Do not let raw chicken juices come in contact with other food.
2. Create a marinade by stirring together the melted butter, hot pepper sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Pour all but 2 tablespoons of the marinade over the chicken pieces in the plastic bag. (Reserve marinade for coating after the pieces come out of the oven.) Seal bag and let marinate at room temperature for half an hour. When marinating is finished, drain marinade and discard bag.
3. Place wing pieces on the rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for about 10 minutes on each side, until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Remove from oven and baste with reserved marinade.
Serve with Blue Cheese Dip and celery sticks. Makes approximately 24 pieces (about 12 appetizer servings).
Blue cheese dip
Combine dip ingredients - sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, vinegar, and garlic - in a blender or food processor. Blend or pulse until smooth. Cover and chill up to a week.

Music Therapy

To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Nancy and my child’s name is Noah. I am writing to whomever this letter concerns because I am part of the Music Program at Lindsay Community School. Generally speaking, I believe music therapy is very important to mothers and their infants. For instance, many of us mothers enjoy having the privilege of seeing our children enjoy the music, and as a mother I enjoy seeing the mental growth of my child. I have only been in music therapy for about four months and I’ve seen my child learn many new things such as communication, language, thinking, walking and many little things that matter in my child’s future.
Therefore, when my child and I participate in music therapy I know my son feels the bond that I feel when we are singing and dancing and learning sign language, as well as new songs, I love how he’s in an active school at such a young age. He enjoys “The Shark Song” the most, he’s always trying to sing for every occasion. Just knowing how great this school makes him interact more with my family and me there’s no way I can miss a day of music therapy. My mother is very impressed by my child’s growth ever since he has been attending the nursery at Lindsay.
The music class has affected my child’s and my relationship, particularly in a way that he just loves interacting more at home. He interacts in a way that he has never done before I have just seen him grow so much ever since my child has been attending the nursery, he plays more with bigger toys, likes to sing and clap at home and lets me know with sign language what he wants. I am very impressed and I strongly suggest Lindsay keep the therapy classes for the children, there couldn’t had been a better place to start off for my child’s development.
Sincerely,
Nancy Regin

Face poem
I am abitious and a superwoman
I wonder if my heart can take it?
I hear my heart beat,it slows down little by little
I see my drowning eyes under my layers on make up
I am ambitious and a superwoman
I pretend to to be superior
I feel angry inside
I touch my sons little feet in his sleep
I worry about his steps in life
I cry for him,I live for him
I am ambitious and a superwoman
I understand life isn't always blossoms and roses
I say I will make it in life..I see my reflections,I hear him cry for me,I see his big brown eyes
I dream there will be no sorrow
I try to be a mother
I hope he doesn't rebel against me, I know he's courteous
I am ambitious and a superwoman
I wonder if my heart can take it?
I hear my heart beat,it slows down little by little
I see my drowning eyes under my layers on make up
I am ambitious and a superwoman

My Goals
On my next academic grades ,what I set my mind to is to get my citizenship grades better for the following courses :laguage arts and latino history. Final Review
What I enjoyed about the book A Piece of Cake was that this book was very real and I thought it was very interesting because Cupcake has soo much surreal things, like things that happen in the real world. Im usually not a big reader but ever since I came in to Lindsay I was very intrested in books, speacially Memoirs, like A Piece of Cake.I also enjoyed the fact that the book had very personal information,I never thought I could find a book that i could actually be so interested in.Last but not least I would recomend this book to any one in life who feels they need help and it could give them the courage to get the help that they need.

Responding to Cupcake's Memoir
2. Did this book change your life in any specific way, or perhaps, cause you to think differently about certain issues? If so, what and how?
I don't think this book changed my life in any specific way, I think it just made me realize how lucky I'm to have the life that I have,It did cause me to think differently about a couple of things such as hanging out with the wrong crowd at the wrong time, doing drugs, I mean we all have our ups and downs and our good and bad,but as I can see by reading this very interesting book is its all in your hands, you have the choice!Another thing i thought I had it bad in life, but as I see Cupcake's life how shes running up and down in her life with the drug use, abortions and getting raped was just another thing in life that I'm just very lucky that i have the most supporting people in my life and this work assignment has made me thank my mother in many sort of ways,Cupcake's life is so differently than mine and I appreciate so many things in life, and I'm so glad that I've met my wonderful teachers,I hope your reading this Dawn,I appreciate the hard work you do.

E.Coli assignment
1.What is it?
E.Coli was an outbreak of foodborne , a potentially deadly bacterium that can cause bloody diarrhea and dehydration.
2.Is it eubacteria or archaebacteria?
E. Coli is a eubacteria. Archaebateria is what you would normally find in extreme places such as undersea volcano vents, extremely acidic waters, and very salty seas (in the olden times, they were known to cause spoilage since eubacteria cannot survive these conditions). Eubacteria are the most abundant and the most common.
3.How can you get it?
You can get e.coli by eating roten food, not well cooked food.
4.What are the symptoms?
the symptoms are mostly gastrointestinal at first. Diarrhea, abdominal cramping to start, leading to severe bloody diarrhea, dehydration, fever, often nausea and vomiting. In the chronically ill and very old or very young, it is often fatal.
5.How is it diagnosed?
E. coli is usually confirmed by the detection of the bacteria in a stool specimen from an infected individual. Most hospital labs and physicians know to test for this particular bacteria, especially if the potentially infected individual has bloody diarrhea.
6.How is it treated?
Im not shure usually you have to go to your docter and get your stool tested and then see what goes on from there.

Characterization
Dot would be considered a subordinate character in this chapter because either way Cupcake said in her book that beeing the hustler she is,she sooner or later she'd find another way.A subordinate character means a less important character who he or she doesnt affect the plot.Dot was never a important character to Cupcake, she was more like a side dish to her.Dot is not important to the plot.
An example of a dynamic character would be a very important character in the book, which is her non-boilogical father who she calls "Daddy" I believe that he is a dynamic character because he changed a big role in the book, since in the begining from the book when Cupcake was a child

Cupcake's newest conflict
Cupcake's newest conflict is that shes living with her Daddy and three hos:Sam,Slim, and Wonda. She moved in with her dad and all they ever do is use drugs.I believe that the literary conflict for this chapter is person vs. society, because shes out there trying to change but the socitey and people she lives around with are a very bad influence.I think her current living situation will result as eather he getting a over dose or some one in her home dying and or just some thing real big is going to happen.I think Sam(her dads girlfriend) is hidding something from them.
